We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use of BlownLogic violates these terms, creates risk for the service, or harms other users.

BlownLogic may offer free trials and paid subscriptions. If you begin a paid plan, you authorize the applicable subscription fees and recurring charges until you cancel.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to investigate misuse and take appropriate action, including restricting or terminating access.

BlownLogic, including its software, branding, calculations, content, and related materials, is owned by BlownLogic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights except for the limited right to use the service as provided under these terms.

BlownLogic provides calculation and logging tools intended to support racing decisions, but it does not guarantee race outcomes, component safety, engine reliability, or any specific performance result.

You remain solely responsible for tuning decisions, vehicle setup, and the operation of your race program.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability unless expressly stated otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlownLogic and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to BlownLogic during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date below.

Your continued use of BlownLogic after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
